I feel your pain though, i was in a similar situation 2 years ago. I got hit by a speeding passat, no whitnesses, just 2 sides of the story. I stopped at a stop sign coming off the Kennedy Expwy, rolled forward to see if traffic was clear and she was RIGHT there hugging the wall. Sheared off my bumper. I wound up taking 2 large hits that month- Z and checking account. Basicly the chick who hit me was being represented by her scumbag relative who is an attorney. He really liked to associate a Red Sports car with wreckless behavior. I didn't even want to inform my insurance company- with me being 21 and driving a 2dr red sports car, my monthly payments are already high enough. He even had the audacity to send me her repair bill. I was forced to shred it. Good luck man, seems like a good time to join the Darkside
